What this portal is used for

Invited exhibitors log in to review their booth details, order furniture and services, share graphic files and confirm their order. Orders are invoiced separately — no card data or payment information is ever collected here.

Data protection

We only process the data needed to organise the pavilion: company details, contact person, booth data, orders and uploaded artwork references. Data is stored on access-controlled European infrastructure and is not sold or used for advertising.

Exhibitors can request access, correction or deletion of their data at any time via ella@daxo.ch.

Security measures

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS (HSTS enabled).
Accounts are created by the organiser only — no public sign-up.
Row-level access rules ensure exhibitors only see their own order.
Hardened HTTP headers (nosniff, frame protection, strict referrer policy, restricted browser permissions).
Files are stored in a private bucket and shared only via expiring links.
